This page describes what we collect when you use rekap2d and how we keep that data protected. We collect personal information — email, name, ID number, address — to set up your account, verify your identity, and process deposits and withdrawals via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet.

We use your account information to verify your identity, process account creation, and enable deposits and withdrawals. Legal name and ID number are used only for identity verification before your first withdrawal. We compare these against public records to prevent underage access and money-laundering risk.

We use activity data to detect fraud (e.g., account takeover, unusual deposit-withdrawal patterns) and to comply with applicable law and regulations. If we detect suspicious activity, we may temporarily freeze your account and request additional verification. Cookies and tracking

Our website and app use cookies to maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and track basic analytics (page views, time spent, which features you use). These cookies are stored on your device and contain no personal information. Most browsers allow you to disable cookies; doing so may prevent you from logging into rekap2d or may degrade your user experience.

We use analytics tools to understand how players interact with our platform — which games are most popular in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang, how often users access Liga 1 betting during Piala AFF season, etc. This information is aggregated and anonymized; we do not track individual players by name or ID. Your rights regarding your data

Contact our support team via the app's Help section or email; we will provide a report of your data within 10 business days. You also have the right to request correction of inaccurate data (e.g., if your address is misspelled) — submit a correction request and we will update it.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered, and all game history and payment records are removed from our live systems. However, we may retain anonymized data for fraud-detection and legal-compliance purposes. Account deletion does not affect your ability to request a payout of any remaining balance before deletion.
